TII’s Pilot and Trial Projects - Guidelines and Online User Manual outline a process for managing pilot and trial projects through a dedicated pilots and trials website. The website enables pilots and trials to be undertaken in a formalised and structured manner. An intranet and extranet version of the website is available for use by TII personnel and external third parties.
