COVID-19 Update

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is monitoring ongoing developments with regard to the Covid-19 pandemic.  As a result, TII has been developing and testing IT solutions to enable our teams to carry out their roles remotely to ensure that we can, insofar as possible, continue to provide quality and efficient service to all our stakeholders during these extraordinary times .

 

In keeping with Government Guidelines, TII has taken the decision to close our offices at Parkgate Business Centre, Parkgate Street, Dublin 8 with effect from 26 March 2020, until further notice. 

 

This decision has been taken in the confident knowledge that the measures that we have put in place will ensure that we can continue to serve our stakeholders effectively and efficiently. TII’s day-to-day functions will, therefore, remain in place and the national road network, along with Luas operations, continue to be fully functional. As a result of the closure, no postal deliveries will be received at our offices. Contacts should, therefore, be made either by email or by phone. TII will continue to respond to enquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible, delays may, nevertheless, occur. We appreciate your patience in this regard and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
