TII Gender Pay Gap Report 2025

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is required to report on its gender pay gap under Ireland’s Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, which mandates that public sector bodies with over 250 employees disclose the difference in average earnings between male and female staff. This transparency aims to highlight pay disparities, promote accountability, and encourage progress toward gender equality in the workplace.

By publishing this data, TII contributes to a broader national effort to identify and address systemic issues affecting pay equity.

TII’s snapshot for its 2025 report is 8th June 2025. Between 17th June 2024 and 8th June 2025, TII filled 50 positions. 35 males and 15 females were either recruited or promoted to these roles, bringing the total headcount to 314 with 198 male and 116  female employees.
