Toll Charge Notice Update - Effective 1st July 2023

The Governments six-month deferment of toll increases will conclude on June 30th and standard regulated toll in line with the inflationary increase will take effect on July 1st. All tolls on the national road network are regulated through inflation (CPI) and cannot go above inflation.

Walk21 Ireland Mulranny Village Transformation

Mulranny, Co.Mayo, is a rural village located on the N59 national road, part of the iconic Wild Atlantic Way. Mayo County Council, Mayo National Roads Office and Transport Infrastructure Ireland identified the necessity for road safety improvements in the village. Recent inflation increase tolls by €10 across motorway tolling operations. There are 8 toll roads where Motor Car tolls will increase in 2022. For these roads, it will have been the first increase in Motor Car tolls in 9 years, i.e. since 2013.

IABSE Awards 2021 - Outstanding Structure Award for the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Bridge (part of N25 New Ross Bypass)

Outstanding Structure Award (OStrA) for ‘Bridge or Other Infrastructures’ category 2021 is presented to the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Bridge over the River Barrow, as part of the N25 New Ross Bypass project. ‘A landmark structure with three-towers and iconic profile that has pushed the boundaries for the span of a concrete extrados bridge.’
