Transport Ireland Conference 2026
Transport Infrastructure Ireland is pleased to partner with EOLAS for the Transport Ireland Conference, taking place on Thursday 4 June at Croke Park.
This year’s conference focuses on 'Accelerating Investment to Transform Ireland’s Transport Future', bringing together ministerial, domestic and international speakers to discuss the priorities shaping our transport network. The conference will provide a valuable forum for discussion on infrastructure delivery, future mobility, inclusion and accessibility, and policy considerations, particularly in the context of Ireland’s forthcoming EU Presidency.
The programme will open with remarks from Lorcan O'Connor, Chief Executive Officer of TII, followed by contributions from TII colleagues on:
- Light rail in Ireland and plans to expand the network
- Gender mainstreaming for inclusive transport design, a TII case study
- Panel discussion: Smart, shared and innovative approaches to the future of transport in Ireland
TII will also have a stand at the conference, showcasing our work on light rail, MetroLink and road projects.
Attendance is by registration through the conference organisers. Further programme details are available via the official Transport Ireland 2026 website
