Statutory Notices
A list of the applicable by-laws for all existing National Road Toll Schemes is set out below.
In accordance with these by-laws, details of tolls, defined for the purpose of the Toll Bye-Laws as either Maximum Tolls or Appropriate Tolls or in the case of the M50 the Applicable and Default tolls, are required to be published for each year. Details of such tolls for the current and recent years are available to download below.

European Electronic Toll Service (EETS)
European Electronic Toll Service Documents
Directive (EU) 2019/520 aims to streamline electronic road toll systems and facilitate the exchange of information on unpaid road fees across the EU.
In July 2023, this directive was incorporated into Irish law by the Minister of Transport (Statutory Instrument 178/2023).
